Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything you ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns easy and stress-free.

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment or store credit.

Item Condition:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale Items:

  • The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

    • Shoes

    • Accessories

    • Sale and Promotional Items

Restocking Fee:

  • A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns to ensure we can maintain the high-quality service you expect from Chayse.


How to Initiate a Return:

Returns are quick and convenient:

  1. Email returns@shopchayse.com

  2. Include your order number and the name of the item(s) you are returning

  3. We will respond with your free return label

  4. Carefully package your item(s) and drop them off at your nearest carrier location.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund (minus the 3% restocking fee) has been issued.
