Processing Time:
Place your order before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and we’ll ship it the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.
(Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.) -
Shipping Methods:
We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options from multiple carriers for your convenience. -
Tracking Your Order:

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Window:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund to your original form of payment. Likewise, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange. -
Item Condition:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. (Think: exactly as you received them.) -

Restocking Fee:
A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns to help us maintain the high-quality service you expect from Chayse.
How to Initiate a Return
Returns are quick and easy through our CHAYSE Returns Portal. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at returns@shopchayse.com.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund (minus the 3% restocking fee) has been issued or your exchange has been shipped.

CHAYSE is a contemporary women’s boutique currently located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with our next chapter opening in Rogers this fall. Created to bring a more elevated, discovery driven shopping experience to Northwest Arkansas, CHAYSE curates fashion for women who value style, quality, and individuality.
Our curation brings together advanced contemporary designers, emerging labels, and standout occasion pieces to fill a gap in the Northwest Arkansas market. Our goal is to offer women access to unique, designer led styles that have been harder to find locally.
Our online store is an extension of our in-store experience, offering the same thoughtful curation, styling inspiration, same day order processing, and a boutique level of care wherever you are.
