Shipping Information

  • Processing Time:
    Place your order before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and we’ll ship it the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the following business day.
    (Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.)

  • Shipping Methods:
    We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options from multiple carriers for your convenience.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    The moment your order leaves our hands, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. Have questions regarding your order? Contact our team at orders@shopchayse.com.


Returns & Exchanges 

  • Return & Exchange Window:
    You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for a full refund to your original form of payment. Likewise, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange. 

  • Item Condition:
    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. (Think: exactly as you received them.)

  • Final Sale Items:
    The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

    • Shoes

    • Accessories

    • Sale and Promotional Items

  • Restocking Fee:
    A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns to help us maintain the high-quality service you expect from Chayse.


How to Initiate a Return 

Returns are quick and easy through our Client Services Team — no portal required.

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email returns@shopchayse.com with the subject line:
    "Return Order #XXXX" or "Exchange Order #XXXX"

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return or details on exchange

     

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and your pre-paid return label.

Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund (minus the 3% restocking fee) has been issued or your exchange has been shipped.
