If you place your order before 4:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, it’ll ship that same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (or on weekends/holidays) will head out the next business day—because even fashion takes a little beauty sleep.

Yes! We offer free Express Shipping on all orders over $250. For orders under that amount, you’ll still be able to choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout. Either way, we’ll make sure your pieces arrive quickly and beautifully packaged.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to follow your order’s journey straight to your doorstep.

Returns are easy with our Returns Portal. Just head to the link (included in your order confirmation or on our website), enter your order number and email, select what you’re sending back, and print your prepaid return label. Then drop it off with your local carrier—no drama, no hassle.

Once your return arrives back at our store, please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and have your refund reflected in your account. We’ll send you an email confirmation once it’s all squared away (minus the small 3% restocking fee).

We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, but a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This allows us to continue offering the high-quality service and curated experience you expect from Chayse.
